We are doing object diagram involving Water Quantity Observations to explain how to relate Water Quality data with them provided everything is modelled using Observations, Measurements & Samples (OMS).

Question arising here is : what's the plan regarding evolutions of either 'WaterML2 Part1 : TimesSeries ' and/or TSML towards OMS ?
