Check for validation options when generating sample submission response

The sample submission endpoint returns a sample submission response, but does not check for existing validation options that exist in the form e.g. domain restriction in email, text min/max amount etc. We should add this in so that the sample submission response more accurately mirrors what a genuine submission response would look like.
