New OpenGrid Structure

This is a big issue, we'll update it as we go:

• Pre-created datasets as part of the package
• Analyses as simple functions
• POC of an analysis in a few lines (snippet) with graph in a Notebook
• These snippets and graphs are featured on the website as demo's

As decided 23/10:

• we start from blank sheet
• all functions need a test

The 'old' repo is transferred to opengrid-dev repo. This repo will contain all admin functions, dockerfiles, houseprint and utilities to create datasets.

The new OpenGrid repo will only contain well-documented analyses and helper functions, demos and a few static, elementary datasets.
