No scroll bar in Rule Designer List

Hi all,

I love the rule designer in HABmin, but I have a big issue and I'm very bugged that no one seem to have the same problem :
In the rule designer, the rules list doesn't have any scrollbar. I've got one in the designer itself but now that I have bunch of rules I can't scroll down to reach them. I tested to drag and drop the list, also with the keyboard, on Chrome browser and Firefox.
Version : 0.1.7, 2016-12-05

Is there a workaround or something like this ?
