For reference: Process and policy section of the README.

Wondering if breaking down the README in to various files would help, e.g.:

  • projects
  • CPC members
  • process and policies
  • etc.

In today's working session, @ctcpip shared TC-39's README as a possible example: https://github.com/tc39/how-we-work

We discussed this issue again in today's working session.

There's a lot of agreement about having something smaller for the README, but also some disagreements. We decided to give it a go by creating a mocked-up README to get a better feel for what this could look like.

Neat!

Couple of things I really like in your draft, e.g. spelling out the collab spaces.

I love that doing this exercise is making me think about what the purpose of the CPC is, who we're serving, etc.
