Nativescript is requesting support with MacOS infra

Nativescript needs some macos infrastructure to run IOS tests. GHA free macos runners do not work for their needs, so they were asking about MacStadium (as an alternative to somebody from their project buying and hosting a mac mini on their home network).

We should determine what the next steps are with how best to approach this.

Update: Nativescript acted quickly and nStudio has negotiated an agreement with Warpbuild (https://www.warpbuild.com/) for two NativeScript macOS m2 arm runners for the next year.

We can't support multiple vendors here so Nativescript is on their own if they do not want to use macstadium. However we do need to document what the project is using and we will do that.
