CholecSeg8k

Dataset Information

The CholecSeg8K dataset is a semantic segmentation dataset in the endoscopic modality, derived from the Cholec80 dataset. It comprises 8080 frames from 17 videos, each annotated at the pixel level. The annotations cover 13 categories commonly encountered in laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgeries. The CholecSeg8K dataset is released under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
