zoom transition speed #7

It'd be nice to separate the transition speed for the movement from the zoom. I have no idea if that's possible, or how difficult it would be.

So for example, if I zoom out, right now it uses the defined speed for the transition, and does a slow animation to the new appropriate location. I'd like it to instead be there almost instantly.
