Public testing and results pages

Add to the stats page:

https://www.blocked.org.uk/stats

A bar chart or similar showing the status of the test datasets we are running, eg:

.uk domains [25 million total; 24 million tested, 1 million unavailable, 700k blocked]
.com [450 million total, 4 million tested, 200k unavailable, 100k blocked]
.org

(actually, this is just modifications to a chart you already have, 'blocked sites by domain')

So we should have a bar chart showing each of the test datasets we run and the values for:

1. number of domains in the dataset
2. number of domains tested so far
3. number of domains that were unavailable
4. number of domains blocked

Maybe 2, 3 and 4 could be inside the bar for 1
