Recognise when ISPs hijack NXDOMAIN response #398

Apparently, some ISPs hijack NXDOMAIN DNS responses and return the IP address of an ISP-branded search portal.

This results in us incorrectly showing an "OK" status for that domain.

We should recognise when this happens and show an appropriate status
