Feedback by email regarding text content (for /about and ISP checking):
One thing I'd like to see explained in the site copy - How are blocked sites discovered? Are they crawled from some source list (and if so, which ones), or just tested on user submission? Presumably the former, but it'd be nice to know how this happens so I know the scale of your tests.
I'd like to see more technical details of the block:
Most sites I've checked on the website seem to be blocked by a single ISP. Before reporting it, I'd like to be sure that it isn't a false positive, perhaps by seeing a screenshot of what the checking tool saw, or some HTML source - anything to give me confidence that it's actually an ISP block and not some transient error, the checking tool being blocked by the website itself etc.
