Installation instructions in the README and on npmjs appear incorrect:

That, however would appear to be "some other project" 😉, specifically this one:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/open-scd

Whereas this project is (he said helpfully):

https://www.npmjs.com/package/@openscd/open-scd-core
