As an developer/architect
I would like to know what the main idea is of OpenSCD-core and how it can be used
So I understand the interfaces

Acceptance criteria:
Drawing of the what functions are in the core
What are the interface between the core and other components
Motivation why we deciced on this
Details of the Architecture details can be explained in seperate plug-ins
