As an engineer
I would like to know of the openscd-core an related repositories
So I can find and know of the what is already build and what functions can be re-used

Background:
Openscd-core has many repositories, in order to stimulate re-use of existing repositories, developers need an easy way to find what is already available.

Acceptance criteria:
Documentation containing:
Overview of the different repositories and basic functionality
Diagram of the different repositories
Documentation can be added in the .github repository
Link to it from the readme.md in the .github repository
