[BUG] Application Not found on observability-logs

Hi there
When i try to open the page observability-logs, i get the following error message Application not found

Expected behavior
Opening the page without an error message.

@StefanSa have you enabled multi datasource? If yes, observability-logs is not available for mutliple datasource enabled. Deregister dashboards, applications, logs in MDS for this change in 2.17.

hi yes, datasource is active, but it should at least be able to use the observability logs locally.
