Creating and applying ISM policy could still be a problem even for experienced OpenSearch users. Can we make the user experience more friendly?

Rollover requires user to setup index template which needs to be done in another page.
Having to go back to the first state to add a destination was unintuitive and said it seemed backwards.
Add pre-filled state to begin with instead of starting with a blank state
