[BUG] Unable to scroll or see bottom Navigation bar when on the "Restore snapshot" Flyout

What is the bug?
On OSD 2.11, when selecting a snapshot and clicking the Indices link, it shows a list of all the indices. However, if the snapshot has many indices and the per page is set to 25 or 50, the bottom navigation bar is hidden and the flyout cannot be scrolled up or down.

Steps to reproduce the behavior (requires a snapshot):

1. Go to Navigation Bar and click on "Snapshot Management"
2. Click on "Snapshots"
3. Click the checkmark on an existing snapshot
4. Click "Restore"
5. Under "Indices", click the number that shows
6. On the "Rows per page", click on either 25 or 50
7. The bottom navigation bar should disappear and it cannot be reached.

What is the expected behavior?
User should either be able to scroll or move to next page to see all indices present in snapshot at 10, 25, or 50 rows per page.
