Increase the font size on form questions. The End Hunger Task Force viewed the form on a presentation monitor and thought the font size was too small. Not sure if this is viable or how it would change the mobile experience.

If I make the font the same size as the responses (21px), would that be big enough?

@jridener - also, I just noticed the site looks very poor on mobile devices :-(
(background image doesn't scale down to bottom of page, buttons / content mis-aligned...)

The results page (great job Saad!!) looks good though :-)

@Rohit great point. Do you have an idea about how difficult it would be to optimize for mobile? I think that will be a large portion of users.

Let's try 21 point and see if that's too big for the task force

Okay! The PR has a screenshot:
#51

Also, I've been digging into 508 compliance, it seems like a 14pt font size is acceptable, so....21px should be good.

Oh - in terms of the mobile styling fixings, I think its 1-2 hours of work max.
If you don't mind, please make an issue...something like "Optimize for mobile" :-)
