Script start-server.sh has a minor misprint #62

Branch: master
Script start-server.sh on line 68 has such text:

skype > /dev/null 2&>1 &

and I guess it should be 2>&1 ..

I had a very strange sequence of things, that this small misprint led to sevabot crash :D
