Design work to be planned:

As an A&P instructor I want to know that a new offering is coming soon and I want an opportunity to help shape its direction.

On the A&P book page, show a coming soon announcement for an A&P course.
Allow an instructor to express interest in learning more and leave their contact information.
Allow an instructor to leave a comment on what's they'd like to see in the future course.
Capture this information in SF for drip marketing or future contact for feedback on prototype.
If existing entry in SF, add this info to that contact.
