I tried to set up the Thread network on Ubuntu20.04 but couldn't find the file or path anyway. Can you take a look at it for me?

The log shows that the otbr-agent process is not able to communicate with the RCP:

7月 12 16:27:03 chuckrui-Inspiron-3030S otbr-agent[2867]: 49d.17:09:38.617 [W] P-SpinelDrive-: Wait for response timeout

This typically indicates that the RCP is not properly configured.
