What happened?

Canary - Version 3.1.2
Ubuntu 24.04
Client - 13.40
Win 10/11

While playtesting I noticed I can't stack items on top of each other or use a dustbin to throw things away. My friend was also trying to move carpet in a house, use the set things in the depot and some other functionality. I tried throwing a rope away from my backpack, then moving it from the ground to the dustbin. I also tried placing a hat and scarf on top of each other.

I checked items.xml and the config.lua to see if there were any tweaks I could make. It's hard to search for this exact problem too as googling or searching for "stacking" typically is talking about stack issues.
