Run script for Windows 10

I think this is the easiest way to run the OpenVINO notebooks after the installation!

ECHO "Activate the Virtual Environment"
CALL openvino_env\Scripts\activate

ECHO "Run the notebooks"
CALL jupyter lab notebooks
PAUSE

Maybe we should consider this as a simple double click file for starting the jupyter notebooks?
