actually exists in github, but it is not installed by pip for absence ofjoints_mapping/__init__.py

You've installed a wrong version of ffmpeg. Try to install it by the following command, and do not specify any channel:
conda install ffmpeg

Numpy of some versions is not compatible with mmpose, so is scipy. Install a tested version will help:
pip install numpy==1.23.5 scipy==1.10.0

You have a newer mmcv-full and an older mmdet. Install an older mmcv-full may help. Remember to modify torch and cuda version according to your environment:
