Improve arrow/tab/enter key support in the tag selector widget

Keyboard support for the tag selector widget is limited mainly to just tabbing in/out of the input field. Ideally you could use the arrow keys to highlight/select various tag's within the widget, and then the enter key to add a highlighted tag.

Also tabbing out of a tag-selector widget should persist the text entered instead of clearing it.
