Describe the bug
When trade data / inputs are not ready, all of the submit-tx buttons should be disabled
Now some of the buttons are clickable

To Reproduce
See the tx submit buttons in trade cards for long and short and vault page

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error
