Depending on the type of simulation, different states are needed.

Orbit state:

time
position
velocity

Attitude state

quaternion orientation
euler rotation rates

These states might be better if they were tracked by the actuator object. It depend.
Actuator states

magnetorquer current
reaction wheel velocity

Overall the current states as defined in the dynamics.py module need to be cleaned up
