Attenuator between RF input and matching network causes matching issue

The pi-pad attenuator upsets the match, reducing S11 and S21. Need to either replace with a commercial SMT part such as Ohmite TFA series, or rework existing pi-pad be replacing R88 and R87 with a single 294 Ohm resistor, possibly going to 0402 for all of the resistors, and improving the grounding with more ground vias close to the resistors. Suggest we make test boards to evaluate these approaches.
