Equipment utilization / Production efficiency

Two numbers must be assigned to each piece of equipment

1 - Payback period (for ex 12 months).
2 - Loading rate

• Grinder (10 minutes)
• Temper (10 minutes)
• Coffee machine (10 minutes)

This means that at least once a human hand must appear in the equipment area.

CALCULATION
12 months (365 days) * 8 hours * 60 minutes = 175.200 minutes
175.200 / 10 minutes= 17.520 times need for full payback

17.520 times the number of operations required to pay back the equipment
