Streaming Axis Videos from Camera Station to external Cloud account

Not sure if this is the best place to ask a question like this but I am with a company that is trying to receive a video stream from a customer that is using Axis Camera Station. They have five Axis cameras of interest to us (maybe more in the future).

Where would I go to find out the options for setting up a stream for the five Axis cameras from Camera Station to us? We want it to use a secure protocol if possible.

Is it possible for them to give us some credentials like SRTP or RTPS from Camera Station so that we can simply set up a direct connection to access the streams?

What user documentation/web page would explain this process on their side?

In terms of discovering RTSP streams from external sources, would be this format from the internet through a firewall to ACS:

The public access through the firewall to the ACS server will make the ACS API available.
