Emailing Crossline Counting Data #692
-
I am not a developer, just an integrator who doesn't code and was directed here by tech support. Here is the issue I'm having; the chipset on the M3085-V does not support the metadata overlay of the Crossline Counter. Essentially, the client would like an email each day with the data. Is there a way to do this in Axis Camera Station 5? |

This automatically generated reply acts as a friendly reminder. Answers to your questions will most often come from the community, from developers like yourself. You will, from time to time, find that Axis employees answers some of the questions, but this is not a guarantee. Think of the discussion forum as a complement to other support channels, not a replacement to any of them. If your question remains unanswered for a period of time, please revisit it to see whether it can be improved by following the guidelines listed in Axis support guidelines. |

Since you mentioned ACS, you might also want to consider the Data Insights Dashboard in ACS Pro to visualize the counting data generated from the "Crossline counting" scenario in AXIS Object Analytics. The dashboard does not have the ability of generating emails with the data, but it allows the user to easily interact and analyze the counting data from one or more cameras over time. Please note that the Data Insights Dashboard is part of ACS Pro and would require an upgrade from ACS 5. How to configure: |

If you really need exaclty the daily count per E-Mail you can contact me. A short acap that do this can be written in few hours, Just If you dont found a other solution for your problem. You could also look for an solution where you just create a script that query the counting data via vapix and send the result per Email If you have knowelege about Scripting :) |

If you just want to when crossline triggered, sending out an email with snapshot, you can setup that with ACS.
Due to camera chipset limitation, it can't add area and object which triggers the alert, will not have any trajectory。
if EU hope to see trajectory, you can use a P3265 dome camera.
