Hability to select local volume during install

Looks like local volume is ~/.dig by default without giving hability to be changed during install.

At the moment, the DIG sdk specifically looks for some things in your ~/.dig folder that's why its not configurable in the docker compose installation.

I think i understand this might be desirable if you want to put your store directory on another drive with extra space, so ill add this to the list of things to improve.

ln -s for now, 1TB available in /home directory was a problem
