You must go to their respective website to regenerate the token.

nuget: https://www.nuget.org/account/apikeys
npm: https://www.npmjs.com/settings/YOUR_USERNAME/tokens
- https://www.npmjs.com/settings/halospv3/tokens does not work

Then, copy the new tokens' values to https://github.com/organizations/HaloSPV3/settings/secrets/actions.
