Trying to bump a formula with:

Coming back from a long Homebrew hiatus, so I might have missed some relevant developments, but:

Core tap last commit: 6 months ago

might have some bearing on your problem. IIRC, that's about when the Great Core Tap Sharding was done, so if your local tap is still unsharded, your up-to-date brew might be getting confused.

Try HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_FROM_API=1 brew update, then try bumping again.

Thank you. I run brew update every day and have a folk of core local that is also update. No idea who that fell behind so far?!
HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_FROM_API=1 brew update did the trick though.
