Description of issue

I maintain https://github.com/jmif/homebrew-cloud_sql_proxy and I'm having an issue with the cloud sql proxy instance from time to time. It seems to lose the connection or crash when the network changes. It would be nice if we could configure the service to restart when the network changes. Is this possible?

I don't think LaunchD supports this
