How to add new buttons

I would like to add new buttons to LLC. How can I do this / where are the existing buttons located?

The buttons are located in the buttons database table and loaded assets are loaded via this CSS file: https://github.com/JulianPrieber/littlelink-custom/blob/main/littlelink/css/brands.css
