Installing RapidClipse 14 as a plugin into Eclipse 2024 for macOS M1

Description

Anybody with an Apple MacBook M1 around?

Because there is no RapidClipse 14 download for macOS I wonder if I can install Eclipse 2024 and add RapidClipse over "Install New Software…" with the Software Site "https://rc.xdevwebservices.com/rapidclipse-14/updatesite".
I could have install RapidClipse but it is not working. Creating a new RapidClipse Project fails (no reaction after pressing the button).

Does anybody know how to get this running?

Apple builds require "notarization" and are therefore sometimes delayed.

Currently the latest available version for mac is 14.0.1.

Thanks, meanwhile I recognized that there is a macOS download (14.0.1) and I installed it. But it is not specially for M1 processors and I have problems with it. May be that there are not many people using it on macOS with ARM processor.
And this was my question originally. If it is possible to install a plain Eclipse (for macOS ARM processors) and then install RapidClipse as a plugin.
