Nudges through cQube

Description

We are planning to drive actionability through the cQube powered dashboard on VSK. It will help enable a combination of centralized & decentralized actionability for the state actors.
Nudges for us is an action, a click on the VSK dashboard, that the user can take to pass on the apt information to the stakeholder. The information can be through an SMS or email to appreciate, course correct or alert any stakeholder when the performance of their unit breaches a threshold.
Our goal is to finalize a definition of nudge in a way that covers all generic use cases cQube wishes to address
