DB Port Opening while building it using docker compose

Hey Guys, I have setup blockscout explore using the docker compose. It build successfully while the data was not showing on the explorer. After digging into that, it works when i open the blockscout db and rpc port publically. Then it started working perfectly fine. So my major concern her is from the security point of view. This error seems to be occured because of this:

While i try to put the db and rpc url like something http://localhost:8545 it doesn't work with this way.
