Hi @sannatitus can you provide more information about what is not working for you? |

Hi, thanks for your help! Yes the camera node is derived from Aeon.Aquisition, which I use in another setup without issues. I'm mostly attempting test 3 as it seems the most straightforward, but each test approach has a different error. I have a different error almost every time I initiate the test3, which is also a bit unhelpful in debugging... I'm confident the HARP output expander is connected to COM3 but on the first runs I get 'the device 1108 is not recognized' and then I lose permission to COM3 on subsequent runs. Not sure if this makes any difference but the spinnaker camera is connected to OUT1 and the neuropixel is connected to OUT2 (where acquisition is already running prior to initiating the bonsai workflow, as suggested by some colleagues). The framediff workflow is also disabled as there are some issues extracting the value member selector from the behavior.xml.node[]. Here's a zip ensuring all the harp nodes are set to com3 github2.zip |

Hey there Bonsai community!
I'm trying to create a workflow to sync camera frames (FLIR BlackFly) with neuropixel acquisition using a Harp Output Expander. This is our first attempt, so we're looking for something quick-and-dirty for pilot experiments. I have created a workflow with three attempt group nodes (tests 1, 2, and 3) but they're not quite working. I'm probably overcomplicating it - would someone mind taking a quick look? Tests 2 and 3 are the most complete / simplest. The workflow.bonsai, layout, bonsai and nuget.configs are in this zip -
camera+neuropixel_output-expander_attempt.zip
Thank you in advance!!
