Recommendations for consulting groups with high-levels of DITA-OT skill

Colleagues, any thoughts about consulting groups with high levels of DITA-OT expertise? Not your typical, run-of-the-mill DITA-OT plug-ins, but facility with complicated enterprise work, including:

• Integrating metadata stored in sematic web applications such as TopBraid Suite
• Building a transformation from DITA to multiple variants of legacy XML that are required by syndicated channels
• Transformations for Content as a Service (CaaS), including complex, cross-deliverable linking
• Facility with solutions for piping DITA to InDesign (DITA for Publishers, IdXML, Typefi)
