Only archives, no builds.

I have a project that is not a Go code project. I want to:

1. Use Goreleaser to skip the builds stage and directly execute the archives stage.
2. If the archives process in Goreleaser must depend on the builds stage, is it possible to package without including the outputs of the builds during the archives stage?

It seems that builds.skip=true does not meet my requirements. When I set builds.skip=true, I found that it doesn't trigger archives.

My configuration is as follows:
