How to search in jeager with specific data?

Hello jaeger,

I am now investigating jeager with Hyperledger Fabric, I try to use jeager to trace business transaction as:

opentracing.GlobalTracer().StartSpan(str, opentracing.Tag{Key: "txid", Value: txid})

and I want to know how to search all the spans base the txid I given in as opentracing.Tag ?

If not, I want to know is there any other approach to meet my requirement as tracing all spans basing on specific value.(tag/meta/others, if possible, please guide me with a link as demo.)
