Storage fragmentation

At present, our storage is limited by the performance of a single es cluster. The write speed exceeds 300MB / s, resulting in the disk write performance of a single es cluster reaching the limit. Queries are almost unavailable during peak business hours. I would like to ask whether the Jaeger based architecture has components that support es agents? For example, in the scenario of writing and querying, a consistent hash based on traceid.
