tail-based sampling support

Hi,

Does Jaeger support tail-based sampling?

If it supports then is there any CLI flag to pass the tail_sampling_config.yaml file.

As per my exploration it seems OpenTelemetry Collector support Tail-based Sampling but Jeger-collector does not support it.
Also it seems some discussion was ongoing in 2020 but no exact update available for the same.

Tail based sampling today is supported by opentelemetry collector. Once Jaeger-v2 is released the same plugin would be usable directly in Jaeger.
