Since Linux Mint devs do mention that gstreamer1.0-vaapi can cause xorg to crash in certain occasions, isn't it OK for the devs to install mint-meta-codecs during the clean installation process and later in that process remove gstreamer1.0-vaapi in the same time, so new users don't have to worry having to remove this bad package? We hope the devs will take this problem seriously.
