Just realised that everyone is away today, so we'll do this aync.

The main decision to agree on is the hosting solution (as per here).

The rough consensus is that this is fine to go ahead with, and so I will direct $400 from the gitcoin money towards HIFI's wallet to pay for the hosting provisions unless anyone disagrees in the next 24 hours.
