Clearly, neume is a key part of the "Public Goods" core. And this kinda sets up the roadmap, from my point of view (obviously this is only one opinion in the community!).
"Horizontal expansion": We are currently indexing some music NFTs, and building out to index some more from other chains and platforms; looking forwards we could think past NFTs that include music in the metadata and at more general use-cases, still in the music ecosystem
Now: Lens, Decent, Custom ("factory") contracts
Then: ...
"Identity & Ownership": We have the starting point of "identity", ownership of music NFTs over time; there is likely a workstream to develop this further, e.g. mapping of splits via 0x smart contracts, the previously mentioned ID resolution, etc.
"Contextual data": We can start thinking about additional contextual data, e.g. curation indexing (the PA shared space initiative)
"Division": We can think about how we may want to enable users to run part rather than all of neume to only get things within their pre-defined parameters

I just put out a blog in my personal substack to expand on how I see this whole thing coming together: https://danfowler.substack.com/p/mapping-out-the-onchain-music-ecosystem

Just some thoughts...
