Interested in becoming a Tooling Maintainer

@paketo-buildpacks/tooling-maintainers I'd like to express my interest in being a tooling maintainer.

I actively contribute code and issue/PR feedback to the tooling repos - particularly the github-config repos - and I think that being a tooling maintainer will provide additional coverage and redundancy.

If you agree, could one of you nominate me? I believe the process requires someone from the existing maintainer team to nominate me; I can't self-nominate.
