Enhancement to Chip Component: Expose secondary click (contextmenu) on a chip

Adressed issue:
The chip component exposes the click event on chips with the onChipClick event. This can be used for basic integrations.

We saw that the secondary click (contextmenu) is completly missing and limiting the capabilities to integrate with advanced features

I think its a good enhancement if we can expose the secondary click also by the example of the onclick event.
